The Fourth World Congress on Positive Psychology will be held June 25-28, 2015, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, USA. Historically, this event is the largest global gathering of positive psychology scholars, researchers, practitioners and students in the world. This year’s program offers an opportunity to learn about the most compelling research and evidence-based applications.
Starting with the opening session on Thursday evening – featuring Martin Seligman, one of the founders of positive psychology, along with renowned author and lecturer, Tal Ben-Shahar – the Fourth World Congress offers more than 100 presentations on the latest research efforts to understand topics like well-being, character, engagement, and success. Attendees come from dozens of countries and professional backgrounds as diverse as psychology, coaching, education, healthcare, business, technology and the humanities. Among the invited speakers are Barbara Fredrickson, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Tom Rath, Jonathan Haidt, Carol Ryff, and many more.
Whether you are an accomplished academic, a practitioner in search of professional development, or a student focused on positive psychology, do not miss this opportunity to experience the intellect and energy of this thriving global community!
The Fourth World Congress on Positive Psychology is the flagship program of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), which was founded in 2007 with the mission to promote the science of positive psychology and its research-based applications, facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, and share the findings of positive psychology with the broadest possible audience.
