IPPA’s Work and Organizations Division has released the third issue of their newsletter, Positive Work and Organizations: Research and Practice.

In this issue, readers can learn from research and practice briefs on measuring employee thriving and mindfulness-based trainings. You will also find book reviews of important new publications; an interview with IPPA President-Elect Lea Waters, Ph.D., on her vision for IPPA and the Division; as well as a special section on the work of Fred Luthans, Ph.D., who will receive the 2017 Academy of Management, Organizational Behavior Division’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Luthans is founding leader of Positive Organizational Behavior, and member of Advisory board of the W&O Division of IPPA.
