The Third Portuguese Congress on Positive Psychology and the First Luso-Brazilian Symposium on Positive Psychology will take place from March 1-3, 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal. The event is hosted at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Politicas (ISCSP), University of Lisbon.
The theme of the conference is Positive Daily Life and the Imperative of Peace: Portuguese Language Contributions to Positive Psychology.
The aim of this scientific event is to discuss case studies and theoretical and critical approaches to positive psychology and peace in certain global contexts. One of the key issues to be addressed is the relationship between Portuguese and Brazilian approaches. It is intended to establish an open and fruitful dialogue between several areas of study to promote positive relationships, communities, and nations.
Submissions for the Call for Papers will be accepted through January 15, 2018. A selection of papers will be published in the ISCSP’s peer-reviewed journal.
The languages of the conference are Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Registration is open now on the conference website.
