On February 27*, The Positive Psychology Leader Series will welcome Dr. Isaac Prilleltensky for a live webinar presentation and Q&A on “The Context of Well-being: Fit, Facets, and Fairness.”

Dr. Prilleltensky will share a multi-dimensional model of well-being (I-COPPE) that includes both perceptual and contextual appraisals. He will propose that individuals can enhance their “fitness” in each dimension of I-COPPE and review an evidence-based intervention. Finally, he will discuss the impact of fairness on wellness and share a model to promote well-being in applied settings with a proactive, collective approach.

Dr. Isaac Prilleltensky is the dean of the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Miami, where he also serves as vice provost for institutional culture. His most recent book is The Laughing Guide to Well-Being: Using Humor and Science to Become Happier and Healthier.
