Abstract: Happiness not only feels good; it is good. Guided by her “positive activity model,” Sonja Lyubomirsky will present new research on how small and simple activities can sometimes transform people into happier and more flourishing individuals, and on how sometimes the pursuit of happiness can backfire.
Dear Dr. Lyubomirsky, I enjoy with your presentation.
