Claremont Graduate University will hold a one-day workshop on Positive Organizational Psychology on August 21, 2017. The full title of the workshop is “Introduction to Positive Organizational Psychology: Theory, Research, and Applications,” and it will be presented by Stewart I. Donaldson and Jeffrey Yip. Topics such as positive leadership, exemplary teamwork, flow in the workplace, positive career development and mentoring, appreciative inquiry, and positive organizational development will be explored.


This workshop will be available both onsite in Claremont, CA (just outside of Los Angeles) and online in a virtual classroom. Registration rates are:

Professionals: $100

Students: $50


Over the course of one day, participants will examine the relationship between the positive psychology movement and positive organizational psychology, behavior, and scholarship. Through lectures, small group discussions, exercises, and cases, you will learn how to apply positive psychology and design thinking principles, well-being of all organizational stakeholders, and organizational effectiveness.
