The 8th Leading to Well-being Conference at George Mason University will be held on April 6-8, 2017, in Falls Church, VA.
The conference will feature a half-day of leadership intensives, a day on the theme of Building Resilient Organizations, and a day on the theme of Contemplative Practices for 21st Century Higher Education. Keynote speakers will include Arianna Huffington, Brandon Busteed, and more.
Submissions are now being accepted for a limited number of presentation opportunities in various formats for the Building Resilient Organizations conference. Executives, managers, leaders, coaches, researchers, human resource professionals, and practitioners are invited to share their strengths, tips, tools, and expertise regarding building and cultivating resilience at the individual, team, and/or organizational level.
There is also a call for papers on the theme of Contemplative Practices for 21st Century Higher Education. Paper presentations, panel sessions, interactive sessions, and posters are being accepted.
The deadline to submit proposals on either theme is February 3, 2017.
Registration for all days is now open. Early bird pricing will end on Friday, March 3, 2017.
