Dear Colleagues,

Let me begin by offering my sincere congratulations to all of you who are due to graduate in the coming month and to those who have now started your degree journey.

I would also like to offer a warm and huge thank you to several executive team members who have recently completed their terms within the team. Arun Gurung, Communications chair / Erna van der Westhuizen and Sully Colon, Membership and Recruitment Co-chairs.

I would like to offer a special thank you to Alireza Memarian, President (now Past-President) for your effective leadership and representing SIPPA at the World Congress of Positive Psychology 2017 in Canada earlier this year and for all of your energetic support to the Student Division.

In this month’s newsletter, we are highlighting the opportunities IPPA’s Student Division provides. I invite you to apply for one of the great roles available within the team or consider writing an article for our upcoming newsletters.

Maybe you would like to update us on your experiences and projects? We really want to connect with you, support you, and provide you with valuable resources, so please do reach out, email, message us on Facebook, or drop in if you’re nearby. Studying can be isolating and stressful and it’s much easier with a team on your side. Let us be your team.

Yours sincerely, Keith Cowley / sippadiv@ippanetwork.org

If you have any questions or ideas that you would like to share with SIPPA, please do not hesitate to email me at  sippadiv@ippanetwork.org.

We would love to hear from you!

Thank you for your continued support and membership.

Happy reading,

Keith Cowley
President, Student Division
