(5/20/2017) – On the 2016 survey, you told us you would like more discussion around Positive Psychology concepts like engagement, wellbeing, positive leadership, positive change & culture, and strengths. To help spark that dialogue, we are introducing a new series call “Coffee Talk,” which will feature simple digests on pertinent topics that we can apply to our working lives. For each edition of “Coffee Talk,” we will curate content that highlights a single concept using key lessons from some of our top thinkers.

Division President Giselle Timmerman and Division Secretary, Jessica Londei-Shortall recently sat down with Dr. Arnold Bakker, a Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology, to produce the first “Dialogue” in our series on the topic of job crafting.

To accompany the dialogue, our Learning and Development team produced a one-page digest on relevant research and educational resources pertaining to the topic of job crafting. We encourage you to comment or share your relevant work or favorite article on the topic in the comments section.
