The Second China International Conference on Positive Psychology is organized by the Department of Psychology, Tsinghua University, with the support of the Tsinghua University and the Ministry of Education in China. It will be held on November 9th to 11th, 2012 (including workshops held on November 11th and 12th, 2012).

Keynote Speakers:

  • Professor Martin Seligman (University of Pennsylvania, Director of the Positive Psychology Center)

  • Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Claremont Graduate University, Founding Co-Director of Quality of Life Research Center)

  • Professor Christopher Peterson and Professor Nansoon Park (University of Michigan, Directors of the International Positive Psychology Association)

  • Professor Dacher Keltner (University of California, Berkeley, Director of the Greater Good Society)

  • Professor Kaiping Peng (Tsinghua University and University of California Berkeley, President of the First International Conference on Positive Psychology)

The conference is a multi-disciplinary event whereby scholars working on various aspects of positive psychology and human happiness can come together to present, discuss and exchange ideas and to foster inter-disciplinary collaborative projects. We invite scholars, students, and interested people in all areas of positive psychology and human happiness (including psychology, education, business, economics, and public policy) to participate in this event.
